Payment Methods


How can I make my payment?
There are 2 payment methods for you to choose from.

1. Credit and Debit Card accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express

What information do I need to fill in for credit/debit card payment?
Please fill in the following information for successful credit/debit card payment.

1.  Credit/debit card number
2 . First and last name of the card owner and the name of the credit card company
3. Expiry date
4. CVV number (A three-digit number printed on the signature panel at the back of the card) 
5. In some cases, your credit card company may ask for an OTP code to be entered.

Can I pay with multiple cards?
Not at this moment.


How do I know if my payment is successful when I use my credit/debit card to pay?
All credit/debit card holders are subject to authorization by the credit/debit card companies. If the payment is refused for any reason, we are, then, not able to accept your order. After the transaction is deemed successful, a confirmation screen with your reference number will appear. You can explore our Payment Terms and Conditions page to learn more.

Return & Exchange Policy


Condition for exchange


• We are happy to accept exchange if the purchased item does not fit you. Please contact our customer service via LINE@activerival  to request for a product exchange within 7 business days from the receiving date. Product of which exchange is being requested must be covered by the terms and conditions for return or exchange.

Conditions for return


• If you are not satisfied with our product and would like to return, please contact our customer service via LINE @activerival  within 7 business days from the receiving date. Product of which return is being requested must be covered by the terms and conditions for return or exchange.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged


• Items that have been hemmed or repaired prior to exchange or return
• Washed and/or ironed items
• Items that accessories such as tags and packages are lost or damaged
• Items that are damaged
• Items purchased more than 7 days from the date of purchase
• In case of no receipt (purchase order / proof of payment)
• Items with scratch, damage, or stain that are caused by customer's actions
 
Essentials required to exchange or returns
• Product that is covered by the terms and conditions for return or exchange
• Receipts of purchase
